Why use insulated bearings on motors and what are the advantages

First of all, for safety and security, at high frequencies, the rotor induced current will be very large to prevent the motor shaft current. If the electrically insulated bearing is not used, current will flow through the bearing to form a circulating current, and the bearing is likely to be damaged due to heat generation or electric water splash. Then when the motor is running, the potential difference between the two ends of the shaft or between the shaft and the bearing is called shaft voltage. If the two ends of the shaft form a loop through the motor frame, the shaft voltage forms the shaft current. The shaft current is generated by the shaft voltage through the motor shaft, bearing, stator frame or auxiliary device forming a closed loop. Under normal conditions, the shaft voltage of the motor is low, and the lubricating oil film in the bearing can play a role in insulation, and no shaft current will be generated. However, when the shaft voltage is high, or the oil film is not formed stably at the moment the motor starts, the shaft voltage will cause the lubricant film to discharge and break down to form a loop to generate shaft current. The high temperature generated by the release of partial discharge energy of shaft current can melt many small areas on the bearing inner ring, outer ring or ball, and form grooves, which will generate noise and vibration. If it is not found and handled in time, it will lead to bearing failure, which will bring damage to production. Great influence. The obvious feature of the electric corrosion of the high-frequency shaft current on the bearing in the frequency conversion speed regulation system is the production of "washboard" dense groove stripes on the inner and outer rings and balls of the motor bearing. The flashover caused by the induced current on the spindle and the bearing can cause defects such as corrosion on the bearing surface, shrinkage on the metal surface, and grooves on the rolling track of the bearing. One of the main characteristics of insulated bearings is that there is a very thin (um level) coating on the surface, which is responsible for electrical insulation and can resist electric flashover generated at a voltage exceeding 500V. Fan maintenance and storage

1. The use environment should always be kept tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Eliminate dust and other debris in the fan and pipes on time.   2. It can only be operated when the wind turbines are fully political. Tongjin must maintain sufficient power supply capacity, keep the voltage intact, and strictly prohibit phase loss operation. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary power supply lines should not be used for a long time.   3. During the operation of the fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is severely feverish, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. It should be shut down immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety and security, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running. After the inspection, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes, and the machine should be turned on after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon. 4. Do not add or replace the lubricating grease on the bearing according to the conditions of the use environment (the motor block bearing does not need to replace the lubricating grease during the service life). In order to ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the number of refueling shall not be less than 1000 hours Second, seal the bearings and motor bearings, and fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with ZL-3 lithium-based lubricating grease. Running short of oil is strictly prohibited.    5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, measures should be taken to prevent rain. During storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan.   The choice of the fan shell mainly depends on the thickness of the coating of the cold galvanized sheet. It is thin and easy to rust, so it is not suitable for selection; the fan inlet cover is made of galvanized steel sheet and glass. It is better to choose galvanized steel sheet; the matching motor power is 750 watts and 1100 watts, and the motor power of 1100 watts is selected. Good; there are many types of fans, including stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, and color steel. In terms of performance, stainless steel fan blades should be used. The disadvantage is that because of the large amount of heat input by surfacing welding, if the control is not good, the impeller will be deformed, and it cannot be repaired and used repeatedly. Thermal spray spray welding also has the same problem, which greatly limits their applications.    At present, a better method is to paste or inlay wear-resistant ceramics on the surface of the live volute of the impeller, because wear-resistant ceramics have good wear-resistant performance, which can greatly improve the wear-resistant performance of the extension.
